National Commission of Inquiry meets police leaders, visits jails in Marib

The delegation of the National Commission of Inquiry visiting Marib met the leaders of several police departments in the province and visited a number of jails to inspect any abuses of human rights.

The delegationmet with the General Director of the Provincial Police of Marib Brig. Gen. Abdulmalik Al-Madaniamong other security leaders.

They said that the commission is acting as a national vehicle to probe into any human rights abuses alleged to have been committed, regardless of who is accused.

The commission is conducting such inspection visits to officials and jails in all the Yemeni provinces liberated from the Houthi militia.
