Republic of Yemen has affirmed its standing alongside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and full solidarity with Saudi leadership against anyone may seek to hurt or discredit.
The Republic of Yemen has declared its absolute rejection to any attempt aiming to touch upon the Kingdom's sovereignty and standing.
A statement issued Monday by the Republic Presidency reads:" The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been targeted by malignant and unfair aggressive campaign due to the Kingdom's honorable and honest stances in support of Arab Nation's causes and Muslims' interests and because of the Saudi leading roles in maintaining the region's and the world' stability, above all in countering the Persian's expansionism, terrorism and extremism of its different forms".
The statement added:" The malicious Media and political campaign that has been launched against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will never compel it to give in its key role in leading Arab and Muslim nations and countering looming dangers".
The Republic of Yemen voiced its deep respect for the high posture that Kingdom of Saudi Arabia enjoys, qualifying it to be a cornerstone for Arab and Muslim Worlds' security and stability, as well as solid foundation for the region's stability.
The statement reiterated the Republic of Yemen's principled stance alongside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in support of all positions and policies the Kingdom may adopt.
The Republic of Yemen called on Arab, Muslim and friendly countries to show solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which has been taking the lead in defending the causes of Arab and Muslim nation. .
