Prime Minister Dr Ahmed Obeid Bin-Dagher gave instruction Thursday to set-up Central and Sub-Operation Units to cope with any emergencies Laban tropical storm may produce.

Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior, Acting governor of Aden, governors of Socotra, Shabwah, Al-Maharah, Hudramout and Abyan all are urged to form central and sub-operations rooms to help managing Laban tropical storm's potential emergencies.
