Yemen's Foreign Minister Khaled Hussein Alyemany has discussed with the UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs Mark Lowcock the challenges to humanitarian aid access in the Houthi rebels-held north of Yemen and what can be done to end the Houthi confiscation of aid bound for the destitute.
In a meeting they held on the sideline of the UN General Assembly in New York on Saturday Alyemany referred to the government's efforts which have ensured the fair distribution of aid to the beneficiaries within the government's areas of control without delays and without discriminations.
