Ambassador Saadi, Turkish official discuss parliamentary cooperation

Yemen's Ambassador to Turkey Abdullah al-Saadi discussed today with the Director of External Relations and Protocol at the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Jamalu-deen Tuniya the bilateral relations between the two countries in the parliamentary field and the cooperation opportunities available in the field of training MPs.
Al-Saadi recounted the political developments in Yemen and the efforts of the government to achieve a lasting peace in line with the three agreed upon terms of reference as well as the government's commitment to supporting the efforts of the UN Special Envoy for Yemen Martin Griffiths.
The Turkish official praised the historical relations between the two brotherly countries, expressing the readiness of the Grand National Assembly to host a number of employees in the Yemeni parliament in a training course.
