The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Al-Yemany meets with (NCIVHR)

Foreign Minister Khaled Al-Yemany met Tuesday with the Chairman and Members of the National Committee for Investigation into Violations of Human Rights (NCIVHR).

Minister of Human Rights Mohammed Asker attended the meeting which aimed to discuss the role that Foreign Ministry should undertake to facilitate the (NCIVHR) mission as a professional obligation to help protecting human rights in Yemen and deliver justice to the victims of the violations.

Al-Yemany stated that the Ministry and its diplomatic missions abroad are willing to provide every assistance to enable the (NCIVHR) of doing its legal and humanitarian mission duly at this critical stage of the Yemeni peoples' history. He promised the utmost efforts by the Ministry to facilitate the (NCIVHR) movement abroad and communications with the concerned national and international parties.

The Minister noted that the legitimate government is committed to comply with International Humanitarian Law and International Law, besides that it is sticking to Islamic rules and values and it is going to work on achieving the principles of justice and fairness.

The Chairman of the (NCIVHR) appreciated the Foreign Ministry cooperation, noting that 23 thousands of violations have been documented by the (NCIVHR).
