The public prosecutor Ali al-Awash has stressed that all human rights abuse lawsuits referred by the National Commission of Enquiry have to be complete so that the due legal actions regarding them can take place as per the Yemeni laws.
In a meeting with the Commission members, the prosecutor underlined the need to establish a reparation fund to help implementing the issued verdicts.
The Commission's chief Ahmed al-Muflahi highlighted the importance of constant cooperation and coordination between the Commission and Prosecutor given that the findings of the Commission will have to be referred to the Public Prosecution to decide on them.
