Minister of Education Abdullah Lamlas discussed with the Representative of UNICEF Office in Yemen on Sunday education projects financed by the organization.
The meeting dealt with challenges facing these projects and means of overcoming them.
Lamlas praised the humanitarian role played by the organization, which contribute in improving educational process and ending negative effects left by Houthi war on the people, confirming that his ministry is committed to outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference, which granted every province its share.
For her part, the UN official pointed to a number of projects the organization seeks to implement in Yemen.
These projects include the project of more secure schools, social classrooms, tents, school bags, qualifying teachers via psychological support and the project of school health.
