The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology—Chairman of Board of Directors of General Telecom Corporation—Eng. Lotfy Ba-Shareef chaired a meeting Sunday included representatives of telecom companies.

The meeting devoted to discuss prices of the Internet Service to be provided by "Aden Net".

Discussions touched upon the new services of the transmission of data relating to banks and companies operate in Yemen.

Locations of service provide and sales in centers of costumers service in the General Telecommunication Corporation were decided.

The Minister urged simple procedures to help costumers get the service quickly and easily. He also ordered to provide customers with technical assistance for 24h.
