The two gatherings wrapped up their sessions on Wednesday in the Egyptian city of Sherm Elsheikh.
Dr Qobati contributed to the discussions with a proposition aimed to amend the membership of the Regional Committee so as to included all Arab countries.
The sessions of the International Conference for Developing Human Capital commenced with a debating seminar that five Arab tourism ministers contributed to it. Dr Qobati was one of them.
