Leadership Council Avows To Take All Measures To Prevent Violations of Yemeni sovereignty
The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. The Prime Minister Dr. Shaya Zindani was in attendance.

Yemen, Slovenia discuss humanitarian situation

Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, the Vice Chairwoman of the Higher Committee for Relief Aid Ebtihaj Al-Kamal and Deputy Minister of Local Administration and member of the Committee Ba Abboud discussed today with theSolvenianState Secretary Andrej Logarand his accompanying delegation visiting Riyadh discussedYemen's humanitarian situation and Slovenianaid.

They discussed the latest developments in Yemen and the aggravating humanitarian crisis as a result of the Houthiyears long coup and insurgency.

The Yemeni officials indicated that the Yemeni government is working with all donors and international partners to provide relief and humanitarian aid to the afflicted population to contribute to creating stability. They said that the government welcomes all international efforts in this regard.

The meeting discussed the contribution of Sloveniato demining projects and rehabilitating of mine victims in Yemen, and ways to learn from the long Slovenian experience in this aspect.
