Governor of Lahj Abdullah Turki has praised interventions of Action Against Hunger (AAH) French organization for promoting living conditions of the people in a number of districts.
In a meeting with the Country Director of the AAH in Yemen LapoSamigli on Tuesday, Turki hoped for more programs of the organization and doubling its activities to include other districts.
He confirmed that the local authority will provide different sorts of support to the organization for facing obstacles before its activities.
For his part, Samigli said the organization is studying expansion of itshumanitarian activities in Yemen.
These AAH's activities in Yemen include quick response, food security, cash for work project, nutrition, health, water and sanitation, personal hygiene and updating human resources and logistic services.
