Yemen's ambassador to Moscow meets Russian Deputy Foreign Minister

MOSCOW-SABA
The Yemeni Ambassador to Moscow, Dr. Ahmed Al-Wohaishi, met today with Russia's Special Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov.

Al-Wohaishi handed over to Bodanov a cable of good wishes from President Abd-Rabbu M. Hadi addressed to the Russian president Vladimir Putin on his re-election.

He briefed Bogdanov on the tragic impact of the Houthi insurgency including the impact on international navigation in the Yemeni waters.

Bogdanov stressed his country's support to the Yemeni people and government. He also condemned the Houthi indiscriminate rocket attacks against cities and residential areas in Yemen and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
