Wojood for Human Security, an NGO based in Aden, has organized "Together For Peace" a special women event in celebration of the International Women's Day, which fell on March 8.

The Director of the Social Affairs and Labor Ministry office in the temporary capital, Aden, Ayoob Abu Bakr, said that the local authority in Aden will support all programs that empower women economic, political and other fields.

This event comes in coincidence with the International Women's Day to honor women's struggle in developing the society in various fields in times of peace and war, said the chairwoman of Wojood in her speech.
