Info. Minister goes to frontlines in Al-Baidah province

Minister of Information Mo'amer Al-Iryani along with Head of Morale Directorate of Ministry of Defense Maj. General Mohssen Khasrof paid Sunday an inspection visit to the frontlines of the battles in the front of No'man district of Al-Baidha province.

Al-Iryani's trip to the battlefields aimed to get first hand information about the ongoing combat operations where the government troops and local resistance fighters have been battling Iran-backed Houthi militia.

The Info. Minister talked to the commanders and troops, highly praising their heroic fighting and appreciating the huge sacrifices they have been making in the battles against the Iran-backed Houthi militia. He reaffirmed that the political leadership backed by Saudi-led Arab Coalition has been determined to clear the remaining swathes of lands of the militiamen.

Al-Iryan voiced thanks to the Arab Coalition member states, on top of all, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia headed by Custodian of the Two Holly Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and his Crown Prince Emir Mohammed bin Slaman. He also thanked the United Arab Emirates and other member states of the Coalition for their support for Yemen and Yemeni people in different fields.

Undersecretary of Ministry of Information for Technical Affairs Abdulbasit Al-Qaedi accompanied the Minister on his visit.
