Minister of Culture Marwan Damaj met today a group of cultural and intellectual figures in the districts of WadiHadramout.
The Minister was briefed on the enlightening role and contributions of the local cultural forums, including women's forums in the in the towns of WadiHadramout.
The Minister issued directives to activate the role of the Fund for Cultural Heritage and Cultural Development, which has opened a branch in Hadramout.
Dammaj said his ministry would give more support and positive discrimination for women's cultural activity, pointing out that the ministry is about to distribute about 100 thousand different cultural books to all the offices of the ministry in the liberated provinces.
