The Secretary General of Abyan Local Council Mahdi al-Hamed and the local representative of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) discussed the relief and development needs in the province on Tuesday.
Al-Hamed thanked the OCHA for its support to the local authority in mitigating the humanitarian impact of the Houthis' war in the province.
