The Committee of Investigating Human Rights Violation Claim has visited Taiz Radio and inspected the sized of destruction hit the cultural facility when targeted by different weapons, which fully destroyed the establishment.
The visit, which made by the Deputy Head of the Committee Hussein al-Mashdali, Spokesperson of the Committee Ishraq al-Maqtari and the committee's monitors, included the building of library and archive, the building of studios and airing and building of TV airing, all these building were completely destroyed by the war triggered by Houthi-Saleh's militias.
Historical, political and cultural records included in these building were also spoiled.
The committee's team met with leadership of local authority and a number of military commanders in Taiz province for briefing on human rights violations investigated by the committee.
The role of the local authority and security and military apparatus in limiting these violations and ensuring human rights will be also tackled.
