Minister of Finance Marwan Faraj Bin Ghanem and Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen Ahmed al-Maabqi discussed Thursday with Dr. Fahad Al-Turki, Director General and Chairman of the Board of the Arab Monetary Fund implementation of the comprehensive reform program in the economic, financial and monetary sectors.

Yemen, Islamic Relief discuss improving relief in Yemen

Minister of Local Administration and the Head of the Supreme Relief Committee AbdulraqeebFath discussed on Wednesday with the Administration of the Islamic Relief Organization the humanitarian and relief situation in Yemen.

A plan for the Islamic Relief for helping Yemeni people across Yemen has been discussed.

The meeting also discussed making a complete plan for relief and development including local projects associated with people basic demands and supporting livelihoods with finance from the organization to be discussed and approved in a forthcoming meeting.

Fath valued efforts exerted by Islamic Relief for helping Yemeni people, pointing out that the committee works on providing aid to needy people across Yemen.
