In his meeting with leadership of the Yemeni Oil Company on Monday here, al-Mikhlafi confirmed that the ministry is keen on providing fuel to citizens in lower prices, criticizing practices of Houthi-Saleh's militias of destroying oil institutions and creating black markets to monopoly the material and selling the substance for higher prices.

He stressed on monitoring the process of distribution and implement deterrent measures against violators and those who trade with the people's livings and blackmailing them in these difficult conditions.
