PM: Projects need to be carried out quickly to improve services

Prime Minister has emphasized on the necessity of quick implementation of related-basic services projects to mitigate peoples suffering.

As he chaired a meeting Saturday included officials of local authority in the interim capital Aden, the prime minister stated that his government has been very keen to improve basic services in the city of Aden. To this end the government has endorsed a number of projects in the areas of electricity, sanitation, water, health, education and telecoms.

The prime minister heard a detailed report by Acting governor of Aden Ahmed Salimain and high rank officials in charge about underway efforts aiming to improve basic services in all walks of life.

Bin-Dagher also reviewed a number of studies and future plans devised to carry out electricity projects.

Minister of Electiricy Eng. Abdullah Al-Aqwa'a attended the meeting.
