The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Iran to setback any political settlement, says Dep. HR Minister

Dep. Minister of Human Rights Sameer Shaybanisaid Iran is sure to setback any political settlement that may guarantee a comprehensive and lasting peace.

Addressing a seminar organized by the Tracks Center for Studies and Development and Avicenna Institute in Paris, he said Iran "is working to use Yemen as a negotiating card in its regional bargains and as a launch pad to direct threats to Yemen's neighbors through their local stooges in Yemen, the Houthi militias and their allies."

FredrckSharillo the founder of the Strategic Research for Armed Forces in the French Defense Ministry spoke of the instability in the Arab world. He said that the Yemeni's complicated and hard situation "is due to the incongruence in the handling the humanitarian and political sition by the government and the militia." Explaining that further, he said that "the government behaves as a state and seeks to avoid mistakes, whereas the militias commit to no rules and have no ethics."
