Republic Decrees about establishing Syuon University and Syoun Hospital Administration

A republic decree no.(52) of 2017 issued Monday. First article of the decree stated a University shall be established in the governorate called (Syuon University).

Second article stated that the University shall have a personal dignitary, enjoy financial and administrative independence within the limits of regulations and bylaws in effect.

Third article stated that the University's main headquarters shall be established in the city of Syoun, and the University shall have the right to establish colleges and scientific centers within the Republic in accordance with the conventional rules and procedures.

Fourth article stated that the University's objectives shall be identified and its action shall be governed by regulations in effect about education-related issues.

Fifth article stated that this decree shall be put into effect from the date it is issued and published in the gazette.

One more republican decree no.(53) of 2017 issued Monday. First article stated that Syoun Hospital administration in Hudramout, the Valley and Desert, shall be established.

Second article stated that this decree shall be put into effect from the date it is issued and published in the gazette.
