Prime Minister Ahmad Obeid bin-Daghr presided over an exceptional meeting for Aden Security Committee on Friday and discussed a number of security issues here.
He discussed with the convened members security preparations for celebrating the 54th anniversary of the 14th of October Revolution and boosting security and stability in Aden and liberated provinces.
He was briefed by the committee on security conditions in the transitional capital, programs and plans are being implemented for keeping security and stability and securing citizens' safety.
The security committee authorized ministry of interior to secure all national activities and easing audience arrival to the quarters to express their opinion and trends.
He stressed on high alert and hard work for keeping the security of all.
"The federal state we agreed upon in the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference is the choice of all Yemeni people as the only guarantee for a wayout of the crisis which destroyed the homeland and all its institutions and displaced its people over barbaric war waged by Houthi-Saleh's militias on the state," said bin-Daghr.
He voiced strong will of protecting the republic and the united federal and determination on realizing justice and equality across Yemen, warning that they will not allow harming security of the homeland and the citizens. "We will not allow diminishing the accomplishment we have realized in a year and half and exerted huge efforts."
He called all bodies for restraint and not to drag into clashes and confrontations for protecting people's safety and security. He also called on security forces to adhere to law and regulations and banned any arrest only by prior warrant from the prosecution.
