The United Kingdom has warned of a dangerous escalation by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militias, stressing that their recent attacks have further worsened Yemen’s already dire humanitarian situation and reaffirming its steadfast commitment to Yemen’s sovereignty and security, Saudi Arabia’s security, and regional stability.

VP meets governors of al-Bayda, Mahweet

RIYADH-SABA
Vice President Ali Muhsin Saleh on Saturday met here with governors of al-Mahweet Saleh Sumaia'a and al-Bayda Saleh al-Rasas, discussing updates of their governorates.

Saleh affirmed the political leadership's determination to restore the state institutions in all Yemeni governorates, stressing the importance of intensifying efforts to contact all Yemeni social segments and figures in order to be sided with the legitimacy.

He said that the Yemeni people are faceting a dire humanitarian situation in light of the coup, calling all Yemenis to stand against their project which destroyed the state, looted its resources and cost thousands of innocent lives.

The governors gave the vice president an overview about the developments in the their governorates, thanking him for his attention and follow-up.
