NEW YORK-SABA
Local Administration Minister Abdulraqeeb Fatah has affirmed that human rights values are facing a real and practical test in Yemen, pointing out that the Yemeni people are subjected to systemic violations by the Houthi-Saleh militias.
He mentioned that people of Taiz have been being besieged for over two years, and that four million people are suffering from deprivation, systemic murders of women and children in light of the silence of the UN organizations.
Fatah cited that the Houthi Saleh militias repeatedly target relief and commercial ships, reject the delivery of humanitarian assistances and threaten international navigation.
The minister hailed humanitarian assistances provided to Yemen by GCC countries and other regional and international states to the Yemenis.
