Maritime Affairs Authority Discusses with European Nordic Support Foundation Enhancing Maritime Security
The Chief Executive of the General Maritime Affairs Authority Faheem Saif met Monday with the Regional Director of the International Support Foundation for the Nordic Countries Qasim Douali. The two parties discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in the fields of maritime security, pollution control and enhancing the Authority’s technical capacities.

President directs to take care of agriculture

President Abdu Rabbu Mansour Hadi on Tuesday phone called Abyan Governor Abu Bakar Hussein, directing him to take care of agriculture in Abyan.

The governor updated the president on the most recent developments of Abyan and the level of implementing projects, normalizing the life and resumingthe work of the state institutions.

The president was also briefed on plans of bringing back security and stability, imposing laws and combating any phenomena which may undermine security.

The president hailed efforts exerted by Abyan leadership in normalizing the life, providing services and activating the state institutions.

For his part, Abyan Governor highly valued the follow-up made by President Hadi, asserting that projects were implemented in the field of electricity, health and other essential services.
