Prime Minister, Salim bin Braik, sent a condolence message to Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, regarding the tragic car accident in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, that killed several Qatar Amiri Diwan officials and injured others.

Chinese Ambassador to Yemen Tian Qi has said that China contributes in alleviating the Yemeni people's suffering, pointing out that urgent humanitarian assistances of CN¥150 million were provided to Yemen.
The ambassador indicated that China further handed over $5 million to the World Food Program and $2million to the World Health Organization.
He explained that China is ready to communicate and coordinate with Yemen and the United Nations to distribute the assistance in a way that may ease Yemen's humanitarian crisis and the outbreak of cholera.
He also said that China will continue support Yemen's unity, sovereignty and independence, as well as reaching a reconciliation, emphasizing that China plays a positive role in providing advices and encouraging different parties to sit around the negotiation table.
He cited that China is ready to cooperate with Yemen in the Belt and Road initiative, affirming that it Yemen and China will benefit of it.
