Yemen, Sudan discuss enhancement of mutual relations

Yemen Ambassador to Khartoum Omar Abdullah al-Mudawi on Tuesday met here with the State Minister in the Sudanese Foreign Affairs Ministry Ata al-Manan Bukhait, discussing the enhancement of bilateral relations.

Al-Mudawi gave Bukhait a letter from al-Mikhlafi to be handed over to his Sudanese counterpart Ibrahim Ghandour.
The letter also included a Yemeni request of taking care for Yemeni interests in Qatar.

The ambassador praised the Yemeni-Sudanese historical and fraternal relations, hailing the Sudanese participation in the Arab Coalition and its support to the Yemeni legitimate government.

For his part, the Sudanese minister lauded the Yemeni-Sudanese relations, stressing the importance of strengthening relations between Yemen and Sudan in all fields.
