Geneva, (Saba)- Prime Minister Ahmad Ubaid bin Daghr presided over here on Monday a meeting with Yemen's ambassadors to European countries and discussed with them their roles in enhancing Yemeni historical relations with countries of the European Union.
He argued them to send messages to the Europeans that Yemen has adopted the political approach and is establishing the state of justice and equality, the Federal State of six regions.
The meeting included Yemen's Ambassadors to Switzerland Ali Mujawar, to UK Yaseen Saeed Noman, to Germany Yahya al-Shuaibi, to France Riyadh Yaseen, to Spain Nabil al-Maisari, to Italy Ismahan al-Tawki, to Belgium and EU Mohammad Taha Mustafa, to Netherlands and Sewed Sahar Ghanim, to Austria Haitham Shuga'uddin, to Poland Mirfat Mujalli, to Check Omar Saba'h, to Belgium Abdulrazzaq al-Amrani and to Hungary Hammad Dahhan, as well as the General Consular to Frankfort Yahya al-Sharafi.
Bin Daghr reviewed with these ambassadors efforts of the government in liberated areas, like solving urgent issues, including problems of students abroad and salaries of diplomats.
The supreme aim of the diplomats is upending the coup, restoration of the legitimate authority and realization of permanent, inclusive and just peace through implementation of the GCC Initiative, the National Dialogue Conference's outcomes and the UN Resolution 2216, said bin Dahgr.
He reviewed current conditions in a number of governorates, efforts of restoring order in liberated governorates and re-operating the state institutions.
He argued them to double efforts to provide needed services to the Yemeni communities and students in the countries they are delegated to, confirming that the government has issued directives to pay financial claims of students abroad.
For his part, Deputy Foreign Minister, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulmalik al-Mikhlafi talked about completion of delegating ambassadors, support of the legitimacy and re-opening Yemen's missions abroad, noting that this is the second meeting with ambassadors since resumption of the work in the missions.
He confirmed keenness on improving the diplomatic work to keep pace with challenges of the transfer.
The ambassadors talked about conditions of Yemeni communities and students in the European countries, as well as their duties in solving problems of Yemeni communities there.
