The Ministry of Public Health and Population warned that attacks on or disruption of health and humanitarian facilities directly harm patients, children, women, displaced people and other vulnerable groups by depriving them of vital services.
In a statement, the ministry strongly condemned looting and attacks on health and humanitarian facilities and programs funded by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center in Khokha District and areas along the western coast, warning that such acts threaten the continuity of healthcare and humanitarian assistance.
The ministry stressed the need to protect health facilities, medical workers, equipment, medicines and supplies from conflict, and called for humanitarian and international organizations to support the continuity of essential services and ensure aid reaches those in need.
