Prime Minister: Gov't Intended To Establish Public-Private Partnership Unit

The Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya Zindani declared that the government is intended to establish a Public-Private Partnership Unit as a practical step to build a relationship based on transparency, trust and role integration in order to turn the partnership into tangible results on the ground.

He made his statement during a meeting held today, Tuesday, in the temporary capital Aden, with the leadership of the Aden Chamber of Commerce and Industry and several private sector representatives.

Dr. Zindani affirmed that the government is really seeking to start a genuine partnership with the private sector. To this end, it is going to take practical steps to facilitate the business and investment environment and enable the private sector to have a real presence in all areas without obstacles.
