The Minister of Culture and Tourism Mute'a Dammaj met today, Monday, in the temporary capital Aden, with the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Yemen Thomas Friedrich.

They discussed the Yemeni-German bilateral cultural cooperation and ways to promote tourist businesses between the two countries.

The idea of establishing the German House in Aden and the ways to coordinate with the German Institute for Antiquities were also addressed.

Dammaj underlined the need for assisting the cultural intuitions and revitalizing tourist businesses.

The German Ambassador pointed out to the history of the cultural cooperation between the two countries, saying that his country is willing to promote joint cultural cooperation.
