The Minister of Industry and Trade Dr. Mohammed al-Ashwal said "Yemen's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) is a crucial strategic step to strengthen the track of economic reforms and consolidate active integration into the global economy".
He made his statement during his contribution to the discussions of 14th Chinese Roundtable on Accession to the WTO, held in the city of Yaoundé in the Republic of Cameroon, with the participation of governments of countries seeking accession, member states, senior negotiators and supporting international institutions.
