Minister of Oil and Minerals, Dr. Mohammed Bamaca, and the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction of Yemen launched initiatives to end the fuel crisis and provide household gas in Socotra on Wednesday.

The launch marks the beginning of efforts to provide sufficient fuel quantities to meet local market needs, funded jointly by the Yemeni Oil Company and the Saudi Program.

Minister Bamaca announced the arrival of a ship carrying 2,190 tons of gasoline, with another ship carrying 2,000 tons of diesel expected soon, ensuring stability in essential services and transportation in the archipelago.
