ADEN - SABA
Minister of State and Governor of Aden Governorate Abdulrahman Sheikh discussed Tuesday with representatives of civil society organizations working in the governorate ways to enhance security and stability and support the local development process.

Aden represents the real capital of Yemen and that efforts are directed towards making it a safe and civilized city capable of restoring its economic role and its position as a model of coexistence and diversity, said Sheikh.

He explained that the priorities of the next stage focus on strengthening the security system and completing the withdrawal of military forces from within the city, so that the presence is limited to the agencies responsible for maintaining public security and tranquility.

Improving services is a shared responsibility that requires everyone to work together, he urged.

The Minister of State and Governor of Aden pointed out that the local authority stands at the same distance from the various components and rejects any destructive practices.

He confirmed support to institutional work and adherence to the law.
