The local authority in Aden has strongly condemned the heinous terrorist attack that targeted the commander of the Second Brigade of the Giants Forces, Brig. Gen.

Hamdi Shukri, in Jawalaa area north of the temporary capital, Aden, resulting in a number of martyrs and wounded.

In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA) on Thursday, the local authority expressed its firm denunciation of the criminal act, stressing that it will not tolerate any party seeking to undermine the security of the temporary capital, Aden, or disturb the peace and safety of its citizens.

It affirmed that all necessary legal and deterrent measures will be taken against those responsible for such criminal acts.
