The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya Zindani, met today, Sunday, with the Special Envoy of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations Ambassador Victor Billing on the sidelines of the Fifth Session of the Aswan Forum for Peace and Sustainable Development, held in the Egyptian city of Aswan..

They conferred over Yemeni-German bilateral relations and cooperation as well as regional and international issues of common interests.

Dr. Zindani praised Germany's supportive positions towards Yemen in humanitarian, political and economic fields.

The German diplomat stated that Germany will continue to support peace efforts and stability in Yemen and the region.
