The Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates for Political Affairs, Dr. Mansour Baggash met today, Sunday, with the Chargé d' Affaires of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Yemen Zhao Cheng.
They discussed bilateral cooperation in the economic, cultural and educational fields, with a focus on energy projects, training and health.
Baggash highlighted the importance of Chinese support for the Yemeni government's efforts to handle the electricity crisis through renewable energy projects.
The Chines diplomat affirmed his country's firm position supporting Yemen's unity, sovereignty, territorial integrity and stability, confirming his country's keenness to continue supporting the Yemeni government and its efforts to achieve security and development.
