CBY Governor: IMF Statement reflects renewed institutional engagement with the international community
Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen Ahmed Ghaleb has said that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) statement on the conclusion of Article IV consultations with the Republic of Yemen reflects an important return to institutional engagement with the international community after a long period of interruption, welcoming the content of the statement.

Emergency Polio Vaccination Campaign Launched in Marib Province

Marib Province Deputy Governor, Ali Al-Fatimi, and Health Ministry Director, Dr. Ahmed Al-Abadi, launched the second round of an emergency polio vaccination campaign funded by UNICEF.
The 3-day campaign aims to vaccinate 124,000 children under 5 years old, deployed through mobile teams and fixed centers at health facilities across the province.
Deputy Governor Al-Fatimi urged parents to vaccinate their children during the campaign, emphasizing the importance of cooperation with vaccination teams to reach all targeted children in Marib province
