Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, has returned to the temporary capital, Aden, along with his deputies Sultan Al-Arada and Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi.
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Leadership Council Chairman Dr. al-Alimi praised the successes achieved in economic and financial reforms, attributing them to the harmony among state institutions.
He reaffirmed the Council's commitment to building on these successes and advancing comprehensive reforms that have led to improvements in the national currency's value, basic goods, and the central bank's independence in monetary policy.
The Chairman emphasized the Council's dedication to working with the government and local authorities to enhance service efficiency, combat corruption, and increase public revenue.
He also highlighted the importance of implementing recommendations from supporting bodies and regional and international partners.
