The Supreme Council of the National Bloc of Yemeni Political Parties and Stakeholders, led by Dr. Ahmed Obaid bin Daghr, met with the Ambassador of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to Yemen, Sarhan Al-Munaikher.
The discussion focused on the latest political developments in Yemen and ways to enhance cooperation between Yemen and GCC countries.
The meeting expressed deep appreciation for the GCC's, particularly Saudi Arabia's, support for legitimacy.
The parties discussed the political, economic, and social situation in Yemen, seeking practical solutions to alleviate the humanitarian crisis and improve living conditions.
They emphasized the importance of leveraging historical, geographical, and religious ties between Yemen and GCC countries to strengthen partnerships in relief, development, and reconstruction.
The GCC ambassador reaffirmed the council's unwavering support for the Presidential Leadership Council, and UN-led peace efforts aimed at achieving a comprehensive political solution.
