The Chargé d'Affaires of Yemen’s Permanent Delegation to the League of Arab States, Ambassador Dr. Ali Mousa discussed Monday with the Secretary-General of the Arab Economic Unity Council Ambassador Mohamadi Al-Ni ways to enhance joint cooperation between the delegation and the council, as well as mechanisms for developing joint Arab action in economic fields and making better use of available resources.

RIYADH - SABA
Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Major General Faraj al-Bahsani discussed Monday with the British Ambassador to Yemen Abda Sharif latest developments in the local and regional situations, and to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries.

The two parties discussed the importance of British and international support to strengthen the government's efforts in addressing the economic and humanitarian challenges facing Yemen at this time.

Al-Bahsani expressed his appreciation for the United Kingdom's efforts in supporting peace and stability initiatives, praising the British position in supporting the Presidential Leadership Council and the government in restoring state institutions and achieving security and stability in Yemen and the region.

For her part, the British Ambassador reiterated her country's commitment to supporting the Presidential Leadership Council and the Yemeni people, affirming the United Kingdom's dedication to continuing efforts to support Yemen's stability and enhance the freedom of international navigation in the Red Sea and vital maritime corridors.
