The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Al-Mahrami, US Ambassador discuss latest political and humanitarian

Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Abdulrahman al-Mahrami discussed with the US Ambassador to Yemen Steven Fagin today the latest developments in the political situation in Yemen, including the designation of the Houthi militia as a foreign terrorist organization FTO.

Al-Mahrami appreciated US President Donald Trump's decision to label the Houthis as a foreign terrorist organization to put an end to their violations against the security of navigation and civilians and the resulting aggravation of the humanitarian situation in the country. He noted that the decision reflects a true understanding of the danger of this Iran-backed extremist militia.

They also discussed the latest developments in the humanitarian situation in light of the worsening economic and service crisis in our country, and Al-Mahrami stressed the urgent need to carry out comprehensive reforms in the government and state institutions, including activating revenue institutions, strengthening the work of oversight agencies, and achieving economic stability.
