PM seeks active partnership with UN

Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak underscored the importance of the partnership between the Yemeni government and the UN and its agencies to carry out the economic recovery plan and to concentrate on the sustainable development interventions.

He made his comment during his talks today, Wednesday, with the Deputy-Secretary General of the UN Amina Mohammed.
Bin Mubark's conversations with Mohammed covered joint cooperation between the Yemeni government and the UN's agencies.

The Prime Minister highlighted the need to direct more efforts towards development solutions to enhance economic stability and alleviate the human suffering caused by the terrorist Houthi militias' coup.

The Deputy Secretary General of the UN restated that the UN will remain a key partner of the Yemeni government to make peace and sustainable development.
