Head of the Judicial Inspection Authority continues visits to Taiz's courts

TAIZ - SABA
The Head of the Judicial Inspection Authority Judge Nazem Bawazir visited the Military Primary Court and Prosecution (Taiz - Western Coast), the Public Funds Appeals Prosecution, and the judicial complex that includes the courts of Sabir, West Taiz, Maqbana, Mawza, al-Wazi'ah, and Shar'ab.

These ongoing visits by the head of the Judicial Inspection Authority, accompanied by his deputies Judge Hassan Shibani and Judge Nabil Hael, are part of the authority's oversight efforts on the courts and prosecutions in Taiz Governorate.

The aim is to assess their performance and ensure the respect of human rights and the achievement of justice.

Judge Nazem Bawazir also visited the Central Prison in Taiz, where he reviewed the conditions of the 1,019 inmates.

He listened to their complaints regarding their detention periods and urged the heads of the public prosecutions to expedite the resolution of pending cases to achieve justice and alleviate the suffering of the prisoners.
