Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasem Buhaybeh highly praised German significant support to improve health services in Yemen saying " German friends are active partner in several health areas, we're grateful to them for their contribution to improve medical facilities infrastructure ".
He voiced his comments during his talks today, Monday, in the transitional capital Aden, with a senior German official at the German Ministry for Cooperation and International Development, Mr. Fernando Warm.
The conversations dealt with topics pertaining to German support to help improving health and medical services in our country.
Dr. Buhaybeh highlighted the need for further German assistance and contribution to bolster the infrastructures of the Educational Health Institutes and develop their applied Labs so as to improve their outputs of well-qualified and trained medical cadres.
The German official demonstrated understanding about the challenges health sector faced by, underscoring the importance of establishing permanent partnership with the Ministry of Public Health and Population.
