Governor of al-Mahra governorate Mohammed Ali Yasser met today, Tuesday, here in al-Ghaidha city, the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament in the Federal Republic of Somalia Ms. Saadia Yasin Haji Samatar, who arrived in al-Ghaidha on a private visit to al-Mahra.

The governor warmly welcomed the Somalis Deputy Speaker, who is presently visiting al-Mahra accompanied by the Ambassador of Somalia to the Sultanate of Oman Bashir al-Afrar.

The governor celebrated the deeply rooted relations between the fellow citizens of al-Mahra and the Somalis people.

The Somalis Deputy Speaker expressed her thanks to the governor for the cordial reception and hospitality, wishing the governorate more development and prosperity.
