Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak followed up on the damage left by the torrential rains in a number of districts in Hajjah, Taiz and Hodeidah governorates.
He conducted phone calls to check on the situation in the aftermath of the resulting repercussions and damage to infrastructure, citizens' homes, victims and human injuries.
The premier made intensive contacts with the concerned ministers, governors of the affected governorates, emergency rooms and the executive units in charge for the management of IDPs camps.
The premier directed the authorities to set precedence for the rescue and relief efforts to citizens and displaced persons affected by the flood, and to provide them with the necessary alternatives in the most affected areas.
