The medical team of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center led by prof. of Cardiology Surgery at the University of Dammam, Saudi Arabia Yasser Al-Ghunaimi, along with the Yemeni medical staff at the Pulse of Life Center in Mukalla have performed two open-heart surgeries for two patients using a new technology that is being performed for the second time in Yemen at the center after its success in September 2023.
The two operations were performed for two patients who were suffering from severe regurgitation of the aortic valve of the heart.
